Welcome to "Drinking in the Afternoon." This is my blog dedicated to whatever the hell I want to write about. More importantly I hope it will act as a chronicle to mine and my friend's drinking habits, with detailed descriptions of what results from those habits. And I'm not talking about hangovers.
I live in Buffalo, New York...which was recently ranked as the second poorest city in America! We also rank very high with vacant housing and unemployment. We actually have a higher unemployment rate then some former Soviet Satellites in Eastern Europe. Now these conditions are just perfect for a rise in alcohol consumption...although I do not condone inebriation as a form of escapism...er wait, maybe I do.
